Virtual Medical Congress
Development of visual identity and content management for social media for the virtual congress “Esperando Contigo, Prenatal Program 2020.”
This event, lasting four weeks, covered key topics on pregnancy, from the a-pregnancy stage to postpartum, featuring renowned national medical specialists. The conferences were broadcast live on Instagram and held in private sessions via Zoom.
The target audience consisted of millennial women and couples, with all promotions focused on Instagram. The posts included speaker presentations, descriptions of the talks, live videos, and specialized content from sponsors. Stories were also created to detail the registration process, highlight key moments of the event, and answer frequently asked questions.
The dissemination strategy was enhanced with the support of influencers who were pregnant or postpartum, such as @melinafigeroaoficial, @ingridmartz, @aislinnderbez, @aracelyarambula, @janee.hdz, @yulyferreira, @marianaecheve, and @veroaleoficial, among others.
The congress was supported by Starmedica and Nestlé as sponsors, who also participated in some of the talks. The event attracted Spanish-speaking attendees, both nationally and internationally, with participants connecting from countries like Australia, Canada, Bolivia, Cameroon, Colombia, Cuba, Ecuador, the United States, Guatemala, and the Dominican Republic.
